It is with great pleasure that we announce an exciting change. Carstens & Cahoon, LLP will be known as Carstens, Allen & Gourley, LLP. This change marks the addition of equity partners Vincent J. Allen and James R. Gourley to the firm’s name.
We are adopting this new name after Colin Cahoon, our co-founder, long-term colleague, and friend moved to an Of Counsel role within the firm. Colin lent his knowledge and expertise to grow Carstens & Cahoon to be a nationally recognized firm and will continue to do so in his new role at the firm.
As we close the book on our 24th year as a firm, we are thankful for the relationships we have developed and the trust that our clients and colleagues have in the services we provide. This trust has afforded us the opportunity to represent matters in states all around the country, in cities too numerous to count, and in countries far and wide.
