“In working with clients, I’m often asked if I am an engineer.  Although I am not, I take that as a compliment as I am keenly interested in understanding how a client’s technology and operations work.  I find that this knowledge is critical in the technology arena, and most recently in the advancing area of AI.  One of my biggest responsibilities is to spot issues that often arise in very fine technical details.  If you can’t grasp the inner technical workings, you can’t spot the issues.” – Rob Taylor
